Finding My Journey

My name is Melissa, and this is my Beneve story. 

I am a single mom of two, with one still at home. I have always struggled with my weight and the feeling of poor self-worth. I was at my lowest point in my life when I was actually introduced to Beneve's Xcelerate products. I now have had increased energy, improved mood, handle stress better, plus improved endurance as I have now gotten to where I can walk several miles daily. I was not proud of where I was, but I can happily say I AM PROUD of where I am today. I feel so much more confident and better in my own skin. I am officially 61 lbs down and I am so excited to see where I go from here. I also use the watermelon berry about 3 or 4 times per week when I know later in the day, I'm going to be very active and will need extra energy. My kids tell me all the time how proud they are of me because I made the decision to improve my health. I've truly changed my life from the inside out! I am truly blessed.
